The Muskingum County Emergency Management Agency is on the scene of an oil spill. Assistant Coordinator Jeff Jadwin says a trucker hit a storage tank and caused the spill of 265 gallons of waste oil in a parking lot near the intersection of State Route 719 and Moxahala Avenue. The oil has been contained. A crew has been called in to clean up the problem.
