A Zanesville man facing multiple drug charges pleads guilty in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court. 62-year-old Gary Workmen went before Judge Kelly Cottrill and plead guilt to several charges including trafficking in crack cocaine, permitting drug abuse, having a weapon while under disability and possession of crack cocaine. A pre-sentence investigation has been ordered in the case. Zanesville Police says the charges stem from a drug bust in November of 2010 at a home on Bates Street where handguns, crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia were confiscated. A co-defendant in the case, 30-year-old Charles Workman III, who is already serving a prison sentence, has pleaded not guilty to a charge of having a weapon while under a disability.
