The Muskingum County couple charged in the death of two young children this summer appeared for their arraignment hearing in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court. 38-year-old Richard Klein and 25-year-old Kasey Klein both pleaded not guilty before judge Kelly Cottrill to felony involuntary manslaughter and child endangerment charges in the drowning of the woman’s 3-year-old son Ayden Cecil and his missing 2-year-old brother Anthony Tullius. The family was camping near Ellis Dam this past June with the children when they turned up missing. Cecil’s body was recovered from the River the same day – Tullius’ body has never been found. The couple was arrested Tuesday at their Webster Street home in Sonora. Both are being held in the Muskingum County Jail.  The Judge continued Mr Klein's Bond at $200,000 and Mrs. Klein's bond at $100,000.
