Model trains are a popular hobby, but for a select few, it's more than just a pastime.
For decades, the Zane Trace Model Railroad Club has worked on its display. Club president Brian Harrier said the public is invited to an open house to see the trains in action.
"It's a good idea if you're into trains to come to the open house, because not everyone can afford to have a big layout like this, and they can get ideas for their own layouts at home, or even become a member," said Harrier.
Harrier said this open house might be the last one if the club doesn't raise enough money. The office space is being sold, so the train enthusiasts are searching for a new place to call home.
"Some of it we'll save, and if we find another location, which we're looking for right now, we'll take it to the new location, and hopefully set it up," said Harrier.
The event will take place on Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 5 PM at the old Business Equipment building on 4th Street in Zanesville.
