Zanesville Police say one of two missing area residents has been found. Detective Sergeant Ric Roush says 45-year-old David Opel of 920 Curtis Street turned up at Bethesda Hospital in Zanesville around 10:00 Wednesday morning. Roush is not releasing many details other than to say Opel told authorities he was not with the other missing area resident, 33-year-old Laurie Flowers of 822 McIntire Avenue. Detective Roush says his concern for Flowers is growing now that she has been missing for a week. Roush today released a description of her car hoping someone may have seen it. It’s a 2000 two door bronze Pontiac Grand Prix. The license number is BA86WS. Anyone with information on Flowers’ whereabouts is asked to call Zanesville Police -- 740 455-0700.
