Day two of the trial of  Richard and Kasey Klein is underway in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court.

The couple is charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter and two counts of child endangering in the death of Kasey's two children Ayden Cecil and Anthony Tullius.

WHIZ News Reporter Nichole Medaugh says that testimony  Tuesday morning came from two fishermen at Ellis Dam the day the two boys went missing.

Chris Griffiths camps at the dam regularly and said that Mr. Klein asked him if he had seen two boys but didn't seem worried or upset. When Mr Klein returned later he said he and another fisherman decided to search up and down the river but saw no sign of the boys.

Falls Township Paramedic  Cody Johnson found the body of Ayden in the river. He said that they couldn't tell how long the boy was in the water but could tell by the body it had been in the water for awhile.

Also testifying,  bloodhound owner Mike Bird who  said his dogs tracked the scent to the edge of the lock and into the water before losing the trail.

We will bring you the latest developments from the trial on the WHIZ News at 6 p.m.
