Amazing Grace

Secrest Auditorium plays host to two concerts on different sides of the music spectrum in under a week.

This Saturday, April 14, the concert "Amazing Grace" will take the stage. The concert features five different groups, The Kingsmen, Victory Trio and Pureheart, among others. All the groups have a gospel flair.

"God is so good and so great and we want everyone to be exposed and have the opportunity to come in and just worship the Lord and leave the differences and problems outside the doors of the auditorium and relax and enjoy the presence of God," said Pastor Daniel Smith of Nashport-Irville United Methodist.

Once "Amazing Grace" clears the stage those at Secrest will begin to get ready for country music up-and-comer Josh Thompson, who will perform Friday, April 20, along with Chris Cavanaugh and JT Hodges.

"There's always something to do in Zanesville. Specifically, here at Secrest. We're growing and we have more events, we have two concerts this week, so we're just growing and hopefully making Secrest, Zanesville's Auditorium.

Tickets for both shows can be purchased at Secrest. Doors open for "Amazing Grace" Saturday at 5pm.
