Two people are taken to the hospital following a chain reaction of accidents Tuesday in Zanesville.
Just after 5 p.m., the Zanesville Police Department responded to a call at the intersection of Greenwood Avenue and Beulah Lane.
According to Zanesville police, one vehicle struck a motorcycle while turning onto Greenwood Avenue.
Witnesses said minutes later, the driver of a red Pontiac hit the back of a gold Ford Taurus, that was slowing, after witnessing the first accident.
The driver of the Ford Taurus and the motorcyclist were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital. Zanesville police are not releasing any names at this time.
