Hundreds gathered in Guernsey County to discuss the mystery of a legendary beast...
The Ohio Bigfoot Conference took place at the Pritchard Laughlin Civic Center in Cambridge Sunday. Organizer Marc DeWerth said the location is perfect because our area is part of the "Bigfoot Triangle".
"There's always been sightings here. There always will be sightings. There's great terrain, lots of deer, lots of food source, lots of water... That equals bigfoot territory," DeWerth.
The conference featured Bigfoot vendors, enthusiasts, and some major researchers.
"Just to have Peter Bryne here is... Peter Bryne is one of the most well-known, one of the fore-horsemen of Sasquatchery, as they call it, and, you know, known in the field... And to have him in Ohio is just a special opportunity."
Awards and door prizes were given out to those who attended.
