Zanesville High School seniors were given tips on how to succeed in college and successfully enter the workforce.

Mind Your Own Business CEO Cassandra McDonald spoke about encouraging children to make goals, believe in themselves to succeed as they move on past high school.

"Every decision that you make impacts your life, what we really emphasized today were that words have power," said McDonald.

McDonald offers CASS-MIND Academy, a year round program to get students the support they need and offers mentoring at through the Muskingum County Library System.

"We just try to open up so we can get them from every different area to know that we're here and here for them," added McDonald.

One of the opportunities is Cass Camp-Overnight which combines performing arts and business. Students learn to interview properly and expose gifts that they might not have known they had. Work with the muskingum library offering mentoring.
