If you're trying to get in shape, there's a new place in town that can help.
Employees at Healthy's Nutrition Studio cut the ribbon to their business on Brandywine Boulevard. Co-owner Ryan Baker said there's a three-step process to order from the menu.
"You come in, you get your mango aloe shooter, which is really good for your digestive system," said Baker. "You get your energy boosting tea, which also burns calories every serving, and you get a nutritious shake, which you use as a meal replacement."
Baker said it's a convenient location because Nautilus 24/7 Fitness Center is right across the street. He said the drinks are healthy alternatives to high calorie favorites.
"This stuff tastes awesome," said Baker. "It's definitely kid approved. We always have kids come in here, and they love the shakes. They think it's ice cream, so it's actually pretty amazing. People are in shock when we tell them that it's really good for them."
Healthy's Nutrition Studio is also organizing weight loss challenges.
