The Zanesville Police Department is investigating a fatal accident.  It happened Monday morning around 7 a.m. at the intersection of State Route 719 and Moxahala Avenue.  Captain Tony Coury says 45-year-old Betty Foraker of Philo was traveling north on Moxahala Avenue and when entering the intersection of 719 she was struck by an OK Coal cement mixer truck driven by 64-year-old John Snider of New Lexington.  Coury says there were two passengers in Foraker’s vehicle – 86-year-old Leonabelle Bobb of Philo who died from her injuries and 58-year-old Michael Foraker, also of Philo who was seriously injured.  Coury says after officers complete their investigation the case will be given to the Zanesville City Law Director for possible charges.
