There was a major traffic jam Friday afternoon at an area gas station.  The Starfire at Pine Street and Pershing Road was selling gas at
$1.84 a gallon.  It was part of the Gas Can Man promotion which rolled back the price of gas to $1.84 like it was on the day President Obama was inaugurated into office. Whiz News announced the price cut on our website at just before 3 p.m. and on Whiz radio and lines formed quickly and the first 100 cars went through and the promotion was over before 4-30. Each vehicle was allowed to by up to 15 gallons of gas.
