Charges have been filed on the persons involved in the meth labs discovered in Perry County earlier this month.
The Perry County Sheriff's Office said 24-year-old Timothy Murray and 22-year-old Brandon Butcher are both charged with two counts of manufacturing drugs, and 54-year-old Timothy Graves is charged with permitting drug abuse.
The sheriff's office said the charges stem from the December 4th incident at 105 West Gay Street in Somerset, when the Somerset Fire Department discovered lab making materials on fire behind the residence. The Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force was called to investigate the incident. No arrests were made at that time.
Then on December 21st, detectives executed another search warrant and located lab making material inside an upstairs bedroom of the home. Evidence seized from that residence led detectives to 132 South Main Street in Glenford. Deputies with the Perry County Sheriff's office located two men inside a garage, actively manufacturing meth. Both men were arrested and a third man was found inside the home and was also arrested.
The case remains under investigation and all three men will appear in Perry County Court on January 3rd for a bond hearing.
