Zanesville Police say they have a man in custody who is a suspect in two recent gas station robberies.   Detective Sergeant Harry Taylor just after 11:30 Monday night the BP at 3415 Maple Avenue was robbed by a man who claimed he had a gun.  The suspect fled with an undermined amount of money in a mid-sized red sedan.  Taylor says a short time later Muskingum County Sheriff’s Deputies starting chasing the vehicle that ended with a crash at Spangler Drive and Dearborn Street.  Detective Taylor says 37-year-old Teddie Hunter was taken into custody.  Taylor says Hunter is also a suspect in the robbery of the Speedway on Blue Avenue on January 24th.  Investigators are asking anyone with information on either incident to call the Zanesville Police Department.
