A jury in northern Ohio will return to court Wednesday to deliberate the fate of a man found guilty of murder.

A week ago the same Akron jury found 53-year-old Richard Beasley guilty in the deaths of three men lured with phony Craigslist job offers and the wounding of a fourth. Now they will decide whether to recommend the death penalty.

In November of 2011, the Noble County Sheriff Office reported finding the body of a Norfolk, Virginia man in a shallow grave. It was in the same area that a South Carolina man was shot. The crimes were tied to Beasley.

Prosecutors said that Beasley was the gunman in the plot to lure victims with phony job offers with a student he mentored. Brogan Rafferty who was 16-years-old when he was convicted for his part in the crimes and faces life in prison without the chance for parole.
