The Stone Academy Historic Site and Museum is temporarily displaying historical photos and artifacts that were displayed at the John McIntire Library during last months 100 year commemoration.
"It is the first of a two step process. It is a temporary display, but we hope to make it into a permanent display upstairs when we get some more funding," said Jim Geyer, Pioneer Historical Society Director of Museums.
The museum will also be showing a video and slideshow that were made by two Zanesville residents on the 1913 Flood as part of the display.
"We hope by the end of the summer to purchase a kiosk, a touch screen kiosk so that museum visitors will be able to access all of the flood pictures, the slideshows, the vignettes that WHIZ did."
You can stop by The Stone Academy Museum in the Putnam Historic District Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 1-4 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 10-1 p.m. to view the 1913 Flood display.
