If you would like to help the victims of the devastating tornado in Moore, Oklahoma an area church has a way.

The North Terrace Church of Christ is accepting Wal-mart gift cards or money in the form of a cash or check which will be forwarded to the Community Christian Church in the recovering city.

"We chose Wal-mart cards because we thought it would be an easy thing to give to people were they could buy food, supplies, clothes, baby formula, hammers, shovels, anything that they would need you could pretty much buy at Wal-mart,” said North Terrace Church of Christ Youth Minister. “So we thought that would be an easy gift to give to them."

Luckily this church was just out of the storms path by about a half a mile.

"We are just going to give them to them and let them distribute them as they feel they need to if there are people in their church that need them or if they want to give them to people they know they can do whatever it is they want to do we just want to try and help out their community"

If you wish to help, you can drop the cards off at North Terrace Church of Christ located at 1420 Brandywine Boulevard behind Colony Square Mall.
