A Coshocton woman is sentenced to prison for obstructing a fraud investigation. Ohio Lieutenant Governor and Insurance Director Mary Taylor announced that Barbara Elise Miller of Three Rivers Infusion and Pharmacy Specialists in Coshocton will serve 27 months for obstructing the investigation of a related federal healthcare fraud cause in which she is a defendant in a suspected 1 million dollar billing scheme. Taylor says she is out on bond until her healthcare fraud trial begins in August. Along with Miller, co-defendant James Ireland pled guilty Monday to an obstruction –related charge. Ireland and another co-defendant, Douglas Bolden are expected to be sentenced later this summer for their involvement.
