The five area residents charged in connection with the burned body case from Morgan County appeared in court Wednesday.  The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s office says the five pleaded not guilty to the charges against them in Judge Mark Fleegle courtroom.  19-year-old Shaquille Davis of Zanesville faces the most serious charges – Aggravated Murder with a firearm specification, tampering with evidence and abuse of the corpse.  Three of the four remaining suspects face charges ranging from tampering with evidence, abuse of a corpse and obstructing justice.  They are 18-year-old Tiffany Ellen Peace, 21-year-old Marcia Brittany Lee Harris, both of Zanesville and 39-year-old Billy Harris, of McConnelsville.  The 5th suspect, 21-year-old Samantha Drabik of Zanesville is only facing an obstructing justice charge.  The suspects are being held in connection with the burning death of 24-year-old Phillip Lawrence Kimbro Jr. on Morgan County Road 15 last month.
