The Zanesville Post of the State Highway Patrol is on the scene of an accident. The patrol said the tanker ended up off I-70 Tuesday morning. Initial reports said it happened in the eastbound lanes near New Concord. The Patrol said the tanker is carrying petroleum crude oil, and is not leaking...but the gas tank was damaged and is leaking and has been plugged.  No word if the driver is injured. The Muskingum County Emergency Management Agency and the Ohio EPA are also responding to the scene of the incident, that happened just after 8 a.m.
