Motorists around the area will once again contend with mother nature as they begin their Tuesday morning commutes.

Currently, the Ohio Department of Transportation reports moderate snow/ice conditions on area roadways in Muskingum, Licking, Coshocton, Perry and Guernsey Counties.

In Coshocton County ten crews are already out on the roads, in Guernsey county that number is 16. Licking County reports 20 crews working to clear roads and Muskingum and Perry both have 12 crews out this morning.

At this time Coshocton County is reporting a level two snow emergency, meaning only those who feel it is necessary to drive should be out on the roads. Contact your employer to see if you should report to work.

Muskingum, Perry, and Guernsey counties are reporting a level one snow emergency, meaning roads are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow and you should drive with caution.

We also have schools on delay at this time. You can find a complete list by clicking on our closings tab.
