This weekend's rain has caused flooding issues in Coshocton County. The Coshocton County Sheriff's Office reported Monday that there is high water in several areas and closed roadways.

The following roads are affected:

  • SR 715 in both directions at the Mohawk Dam between the dam and the Knox County line
  • CR 4 west of SR 60
  • Twp Road 437
  • CR 6 near SR 16
  • SR 60 north of Blissfield at the Coshocton/Holmes County line
  • SR 206 near Walhonding

The Ohio Emergency Management Agency urges motorists to be aware when approaching roadways with high water signage. They say to stop and do not cross. It's also recommended to never drive through flooded roadways or around barriers that warn you the road has high water.
