Car Crash Knocks Out Power in Frazeysburg

A one vehicle accident left a portion of Frazeysburg in the dark Saturday evening and injured three people.

According to Frazeysburg Police Department, a Hyundai Sonata crashed into a pole on West Third Street in Downtown Frazeysburg around 7 p.m. There were three occupants in the vehicle and at least one person was transported to the hospital via Frazeysburg EMS. No word on the passengers conditions and their names have not been released at this time.

FPD was assisted by Frazeysburg Fire Department, Dresden Paramedics and Fords Towing removed the car from the scene. AEP says they were working hard to get electricity restored by tonight. The accident remains under investigation.
