The Newark Police Department says detectives arrested a teacher and charged him sexual battery.  Chief Steven Sarver says that 32-year-old Anthony Miller of Westerville is alleged to have had sexual relations with a student at Newark High School while working as an assistant band director.  He was arrested at Carson Elementary by detectives and a Licking County Job and Family Services abuse investigator.   Newark Police believe that additional victims exist and investigators are asking for anyone who has knowledge of Miller’s actions or knows a victim to call Newark Police.
