Roseville Man Indicted In Pharmacy Break-ins

A Muskingum County Grand Jury has indicated a man on 69 felony counts in connection to Pharmacy break-ins.  Sheriff Matt Lutz and  Ohio State Pharmacy Executive Director Kyle Parker says that 36-year-old Joshua McHenry of Roseville faces four counts of breaking and entering, 35 counts of theft of drugs and 30 counts of possession of dangerous drugs.  The indictment alleges that McHenry is responsible for a series of break-ins at the Roseville Pharmacy on South Main Street from September 2010 through January 2014 with an estimated street value of over 37-thouand dollars. This case was a joint investigation between the Sheriff’s Office and the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy.
