Harris Sentenced in Kimbro Case

The fifth of six people charged in connection to the murder of a Zanesville man has been sentenced.  21-year-old Marcia Harris appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court on two counts of tampering with evidence, abuse of a corpse and obstructing justice and received 3 years in prison in the death of Phillip Kimbro Jr.  She also must pay the Kimbro family 17-hundred dollars.  Two other counts of obstructing justice were dropped at sentencing. Six co-defendants have now been sentenced in the case of the murder of Kimbro and the burning of his body which was found on County Road 5 in Morgan
