Governor John Kasich has unveiled a nearly 2.4 billion dollar state construction budget to fund a host of community, school, park and prison projects.  Kasich and State Legislators introduced the spending blueprint on Tuesday. It can be found online on the Governor’s website.  If it gets the o-k from State Legislators Muskingum County could see 2.75 million dollars in 2015 and 2016.  Most of the funds would go to Zane State College and Ohio University Zanesville as well as Secrest Auditorium for roof repairs.  Quick action on the bill is expected.
