The Ohio Supreme Court today issued its disciplinary decision concerning Zanesville City Law Director Scott Hillis.  In August of 2012 Hillis pleaded no contest to solicitation and trespassing after he was found in a private driveway in Muskingum County with a local prostitute.  The Ohio Supreme Court Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline issued a six month suspension of his law license which was stayed on the condition that he commit no further misconduct.  If he fails to comply the stay will be lifted and Hillis will serve the entire six month suspension.
