At approximately 10 o'clock on Saturday night officials from the South Zanesville Police Department said they pulled over a man in a red Jeep Cherokee at a traffic stop near the Speedway on the Maysville Pike for a moving violation .
On later observation officials were made aware of charges he was facing in Perry County for brandishing of a weapon. According to South Zanesville Police Chief, Eric Finley his department detained the subject in order to assist both the Corning Police Department and Perry County Sheriff's Office.
Muskingum County Sheriff's Office also assisted on the scene. Four suspects were detained following the incident.
