State Representative Brian Hill is hosting a meeting to talk about recent flooding in the Dresden area.

Hill says in mid to late June farmers in northern Muskingum County contacted him with report of severe flooding on their farm lands.

Staff from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will be in attendance to speak to their role in monitoring and managing the many water projects like levees and dams which affect Muskingum County.

Hill is inviting local farmers and business owners and area residents to the event which will take place Monday August 4th at 10 a.m. in the Dresden Village Hall.
