It’s back to Appeals Court for a local man convicted in the death of his daughter. In the early 1990’s Eric Scott Patterson was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of his three-year-old daughter Lacey.

The city of Zanesville is having a fit over counterfeit money...According to Zanesville Detective Ric Roush, in the last week the Police Department and the Sheriff’s Office have been inundated with fake $20’s.
In fact, Roush says the department has had nine incidents from various locations including gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores and other in the last seven days. The fake money is discovered when these businesses take their deposits to the bank.
