The Zanesville Police Department is asking for your help in locating a runaway teenager. Detective Sergeant Harry Taylor says they are looking for 17-year-old Jakala Devlin of Zanesville. She is a white female, five-feet six inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. If anyone knows her whereabouts you are asked to call Zanesville Police.

 The Southern Perry County Water District has placed some of their customers under a boil order.

The water district said the advisory affects all customers on the Millertown System including Township Road 331 in Corning due to a waterline break.

NEWARK, Ohio – Tuesday afternoon the Licking County Sheriff’s Office and SWAT team was called to a home north of Newark for a domestic violence situation that turned into a suicide.

Tuesday was the first day of the 2016/2017 school year for Bishop Rosecrans High School. Principal Jennifer Mallett said she's always excited for the first day of school.

A New Concord man is facing over six years in prison on sex charges. The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office says that 48-year-old Michael Bell was sentenced on two separate cases that included sexual battery and sexual imposition charges. The victims were minors at the time of the crimes. Muskingum County Common Pleas Judge Kelly Cottrill sentenced Bell to 78 months in prison.
