Wilma Lee Newlon, 61 of Roseville, passed away Wednesday December 23, 2009 at her residence surrounded by loved ones.
Wilma’s was born in Roseville on March 23, 1948 to the late Russell Dusenberry and Bertha (Leroy) Gill. Wilma’s greatest pleasure was her grandchildren. She loved all children with a great big and loving heart. She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew here. She loved all her children, nieces and nephews. Wilma retired from Brockway Glass in 2005 after 30 plus years of dedicated service.
Wilma is survived by her fiancé Max Freetage of West Lafayette, Oh; daughter Lora (Randy) Grant of Roseville; brother Roy Dale Gill of Roseville, sisters Judy Frash of Roseville, and Dot Dennis of Marysville, Oh; granddaughter Rachelle Taylor and grandson Robert Taylor both of Roseville; many extended grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death her parents, son Robert Newlon, and sister Hattie Ritchie.
Calling hours will be held on Monday December 28, 2009 from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 6 pm to 8 pm and on Tuesday December 29, 2009 from 10 am to 11 am at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, ROSEVILLE CHAPEL, 33 South Main Street Roseville. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday December 29, 2009 at 11 am at the funeral home with Pastor Aaron Miller officiating. Burial will follow in The Mt. Horeb Cemetery.
