Regina Neff Berkheimer, 84, of Zanesville, passed away at 5:17 am at her residence January 5th 2009.
Regina was born August 16, 1925 in Cannelville, OH, the daughter of the late Robert M. and Pearl (Hysell) Neff. She was Owner and President of Robert M. Neff, Inc. US Mail Contractor, Hebron, OH; former Eastern Region Vice President of National Star Route Mail Contractors Association, she was a 65 year member of Olive Branch OES #251, a member of the Zane Court Order of Amaranth, White Shrine, IAAP Secretaries Club, Thea Court #5, Happy go Lucky Red Hatters, Wednesday Afternoon Card Club, an avid George Strait fan and a lifetime member of the Chandlersville United Methodist Church.
Regina is survived by her children, Scherrie (Dan Miracle) Berkheimer of Zanesville, Charla (Ed) Coble of Glenford, Chuck (Debbie) Berkheimer of Thornville, David (Anita) Berkheimer of Thornville, Rnee (Demi) Wisecarver of Zanesville, Jaynellen (Fountain) Sharp of Zanesville, Schellie (Jim) Breseman of Joliet, IL, and Dante’ (Neeley Pettit) Berkheimer of Glenford; her twin-brother Robert G. Neff of Zanesville, fifteen Grandchildren, nineteen Great Grandchildren and expecting two Great Grandchildren; Five Great-Great Grandchildren, several Step Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles F. Berkheimer who passed away February 13, 1991 and her brother Lee M. Neff.
Olive Branch #251 will hold services at 5:45 pm Friday.
Visitations will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Friday January 8th, 2009 at the Thompson-Farus Funeral Home, Duncan Falls. Funeral services will be Saturday 11 am at the Chandlersville United Methodist Church with Pastors Dan Richter and Doug Winner officiating. Burial will follow in Duncan Falls Cemetery.
