Destiny Michelle Stiltner 14 of New Lexington passed away on Sunday March 14, 2010 at the Children’s Hospital in Akron, Ohio after a battle with epileptic seizures.
She was born on October 23, 1995 in Athens, Ohio to Darlene Michelle (Nathan Dunwoody) Daft and Christopher Stiltner. Destiny was an 8th grader at New Lexington Middle School where she was a member of the choir. She was also a member of the Anchor Church in Zanesville.
In addition to her parents she is survived by three brothers: Cameron Nixon of Vinton County, Aaron Stiltner of New Lexington and Brandon Stiltner of Wellston. Three Sisters: Rebecca Stiltner of Columbus, Marcedes Stiltner of Circleville and Summer Dunwoody of New Lexington. Grandparents: Kevin and Debbie Daft of New Albany, Larry and Sherri Dunwoody of New Lexington, Kermit Stiltner of Columbus, Hershal and Celia Stiltner of McArthur, Ohio.
The family will receive friends and family from 3 – 5 and 7-9 PM Wednesday March 17, 2010 at THE CROOKSVILLE CHAPEL OF THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 207 Burley Street Crooksville, Ohio. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday March 18, 2010 at THE CROOKSVILLE CHAPEL OF THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Aaron Bounds officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Horeb Cemetery.
Donations toward the funeral expenses may be made to Snouffer Funeral Home. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
