Frances B. Sweitzer Glosser, 95, of Zanesville died at 11:35 p.m. Sunday, August 12, 2012 at Autumn Health Care of Zanesville. She was born August 25, 1916 in Zanesville. Frances worked as an egg separator for Ballas Egg for 30 years, was a custodian for Beth Abraham Synagogue for 35 years, and was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church.
Surviving are three daughters, Eileen Noel of Zanesville, Marie (Bill) Albaugh of Nashport, and Marsha (Terry) Elson of Zanesville; five sons, Jim (Linda) Glosser, Mike (Melinda) Glosser, Terry (Mary Jane) Glosser, all of Zanesville, Leonard Glosser of Hopewell, and Larry Nelson of Newark; as well as numerous grand children, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents; her husband James Glosser, who passed away November 15, 1976; three sons, Gary, Dan, and George Glosser; a daughter, Elaine Glosser; grandchildren Jason, Troy, Danny, and Leonard Jr. Glosser; two brothers, Herman and Charles Sweitzer; and two sisters, Bernice Glosser and Margaret Burkhart.
Friends and family may call from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 16, 2012 with Pastor John Sensabaugh officiating. Frances will be laid to rest, next to her husband Jim, at Williams Cemetery in Zanesville following the service.
