Wilma Jean Williams, 78, of Zanesville, passed away at 2:45 a.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at Willow Haven Care Center. She was born September 23, 1933, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Charles H. and Mary L. Aler Thompson. She had worked as a secretary for McGraw Edison, sold real estate for Wilford Baker Realtors and volunteered at Bethesda hospital. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Tobin (Tamela) Williams of Zanesville and Stuart (Janelle) Williams of the home; two grandchildren, Cole and Christian; and a sister, Ann Dodson of Columbus.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Edward Williams, who died January 9, 2000.
Friends and family are invited to a celebration luncheon which will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 18, 2012 in the fellowship hall at Grace United Methodist Church, 516 Shinnick St., Zanesville, Ohio 43701 to remember the lives of Wilma Jean and Don Williams.
