William Harry Hague, 64, of Zanesville, passed away at 9:20 a.m. Friday, October 26, 2012 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital emergency room. He was born March 11, 1948, in Zanesville, a son of the late William F. Hague and grandson of Fred Hague. He retired from Shelly & Sands. He was a member of VFW George Selsam Post #1058, American Legion and Eagles Lodge and he served our country and protected our freedom by serving in the United States Army in Vietnam. He enjoyed working outside and riding his Harley.
Surviving are three sons, James Harry Hague, Bill Batross and Ryan William (Lynn) Hague, all of Zanesville; 7 grandchildren, Tiffany, Jim and Justin Hague, Delaney, Hunter and Mayci Hague and Dakota McElfresh; and his best friend, Burl Shreve of Zanesville.
Calling hours will be held from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 W MILITARY RD., ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at the funeral home with Pastor Linda Morrow officiating. William will be laid to rest in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
