Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls
FAYE “Bea” E. Williams, 90, formerly of Maple Street, Duncan Falls passed away at 12:50 am, Monday November 19, 2012 at Willow Haven Care Center where she made her home for the past 6 years.
Bea was born February 16, 1922 in Morgan County, the daughter of the late Clark and Lenna (Grey) VanHorn. She retired from the Duncan Falls Elementary School where she worked as a cook. She was a member of the Olive Branch OES #251, a secretary of the Duncan Falls Elem PTA; a member of the Duncan Falls United Methodist Church where she served on the Willing Workers Committee.
Bea is survived by her son Roy (Mary Lou) Williams of Duncan Falls, her daughter Cheryl L. Seyerle of Cordova, TN; her grandchildren JoEllen (Mark) Stockel, Kelly Williams & his fiancée (Tammy Harris), Lisa (Perry) Clark, Diane (Robert) Blake and Michael (Jamie) Williams; her 4 Great Grandchildren Erin Blake, Tyler Blake, Mason Williams and Reese Kornokovich.
In addition to her parents, Bea is preceded in death by her husband Glenn C. Williams who passed away June 2, 2004; her 3 brothers Dexter, Marvin and Wendell VanHorn and her 3 sisters Jean Nixon, Katherine Shriver and Hilda Bennett and a son in law Carl Seyerle.
Visitations will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at the Farus Funeral home, Duncan Falls where funeral services will be 1 pm. with Pastor Steve Harrop officiating. Burial will follow in Duncan Falls Cemetery.
