Mary Ann Dicks, of Zanesville passed away Tuesday January 7, 2014 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House. She was born August 16, 1938 in Zanesville, a daughter of the late C.E. and Mildred McNulty Kiser. She had worked at Good Samaritan Hospital, Essex Wire and retired from Brockway Glass after 31 years, and was a member of Trinity Full Gospel Church where she volunteered in the food pantry.
Mary Ann is survived by her husband John J. Dicks; three sons John (Jodi) Kiser, Ed (Cindy) Walsh and John J. (Tiffany) Dicks III; step-daughter Nathalie (Pete) Van Sickle and step-son Robert J. Dicks; sister Peg (Dan) Williams and longtime friend Carol McCabe; 6 grandchildren Chad (Susan) Kiser, Hayley (Matt) Kirkbride, Chase Kiser, Beth Walsh, Karsen Dicks and Sierra Ridenour; three great grandchildren Gage Kiser, Justus Moran and Maddie Kirkbride; two nieces Kris Trischler and Becky Romano.
She was preceded in death by one brother Earl Kiser; one sister Virginia Kiser; step-son Mike Dicks and a grandson Brian Walsh.
Calling hours will be held 2-4 and 6-8 on Thursday January 9, 2014 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 1pm Friday January 10, 2014 at the Trinity Full Gospel Church 535 Munson Ave Zanesville with Pastor Terry Rowland officiating. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
