Scoring an NFL low 226 points last year proved to be a slap in the face for the Bengals.

Enough of one for them to make a change.

Cincinnati signs Washington wide-reciver Michael Westbrook to a three year, $4.5 million contract. Westbrook spent the last seven seasons with the Redskins, where he says he was not utilized to his full potential.

He may be in Cincinnati too if the Bengals don't plug another hole.

The Bengals tied for the fewest touchdown passes with 12 last year.
