It took a total team effort for Cleveland to edge Utah 102-96 in overtime Saturday night. But come Tuesday night the Cavs will have to go even deeper when they host the Sonics.

Cavs center Zydrunas Ilgauskas will serve his one-game suspension, stemming from a 3rd quarter scuffle with Utah's Greg Ostertag on Saturday. And Coach Paul Silas also says rookie point guard LeBron James will most likely not play, as he is still nursing a sprained ankle that he sustained in the final seconds of regulation during the same game.

James had originally said he expected to play in Tuesday night's game at Gund Arena, but after sitting out Monday's practice Silas has decided more rest is still needed for his ailing ankle.

James leads Cleveland, with his 20 points and 6 assists per game average.

Cleveland (13-27) has defeated Seattle (19-19) in its only meeting this season
