For the first time, a second interview.
ESPN.com reports that Rice men's basketball coach Willis Wilson and Vanderbilt coach Kevin Stallings interviewed with the Ohio State Tuesday in Columbus.
Wilson reportedly met with OSU Athletic Director Andy Geiger June 29th in Dallas, Texas; Stallings interviewed June 30th in Nashville. Willis and Geiger know each other well after previously working together at Stanford University. Stallings was reportedly a finalist for the Ohio State job in 1997.
Wilson went 168-176 in 12 years at Rice, including 41-21 the last two seasons. Both Rice and Vaderbilt are difficult schools to recruit at because of stringent academic standards.
Ohio State fired coach Jim O'Brien June 8th after he admitted giving $6,000 to a former recruit five years ago.
