It's safe to say, Ohio State still has a bitter taste in their mouth from the Big Ten Championship game three weeks ago. Coming in as the second ranked team in the BCS, a win over Michigan State would have sealed a trip to the National Title Game against Florida State. Instead, OSU will play the ACC's second best team in Clemson, and since have re-focused their goals.
The team arrived in Miami early Sunday to begin preparations for the Tigers (10-2), who are used to the warmer climates of the south. It's been over 80 degrees in Miami the last couple days, and the Ohio State staff is making sure the players are well hydrated. Head Coach Urban Meyer said the adjustments are crucial to his team's success Friday (8:30 p.m. kickoff.) Meyer and the coaches have made it known that there will be no excuses come game time.
