Not even a year since Josh Barrera dominated the MVL for the final time in a Sheridan uniform, the left handed pitcher makes his collegiate debut in an Ohio State uniform.

Today, Jack Van Reeth is known as the man hired to resurrect the West Muskingum girl's basketball program.

But before the Torndaoes, the legendary head coach was breaking records in Holmes County.

Playing in the shadow of one of the best senior classes to come through Rosecrans last season, Joe Dalton is finally the one in the spotlight.

And he's enjoying every minute of it.

The kid that wears a constant smile is 88 points shy of 1,000 with the regular season finale coming up Friday.
