BERN, Switzerland (AP) — A FIFA panel steering reforms of football's crisis-hit governing body began working on Wednesday.

Former IOC director general Francois Carrard leads a 12-member group of football officials and lawyers which began a two-day session.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — The Charlotte Sports Foundation announced it has secured two more future regular season college football games in Charlotte between North Carolina and South Carolina.

The teams will play in 2019 and 2023, although the exact dates haven't been determined.

The upcoming games were announced Wednesday in advance of the schools meeting Thursday night to open the season in Charlotte.
