Chicago Sky guard Allie Quigley will miss a few games of the upcoming WNBA season to play for the Hungarian national team at the Eurobasket tournament next month.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Boxer Jermain Taylor has surrendered to face the latest charge filed against him in Arkansas.

Pulaski County Sheriff's Capt. Carl Minden says Taylor surrendered Friday morning and was booked into the county jail on a second-degree battery charge.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — The Columbus Blue Jackets have re-signed defenseman Justin Falk to a one-year, two-way (NHL/AHL) contract for the 2015-16 season.

The 26-year-old Falk had a goal and an assist in 18 games last season. He was picked up from Minnesota at the trade deadline along with a fifth-round pick for defenseman Jordan Leopold.

A native of Snowflake, Manitoba, Falk has two goals and 17 assists along with 134 penalty minutes in 147 career NHL...

CICERO, Ind. (AP) — A University of Indianapolis basketball player has drowned after officials say he fell into an Indiana reservoir without a lifejacket.

A dive team found the body of 22-year-old senior Dai-Jon Parker around 6 p.m. Thursday at the bottom of Morse Reservoir, north of Indianapolis.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) — The Denver Broncos have signed veteran offensive lineman Ryan Harris a day after losing perennial Pro Bowler Ryan Clady to a torn knee ligament.

Harris was set to join the Broncos at practice Friday, the final day of this week's on-field work.
