OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) — Coach Steve Kerr of the reigning NBA champion Golden State Warriors is bringing back his entire coaching staff except for departed Alvin Gentry, new coach of the New Orleans Pelicans.

ASUNCION, Paraguay (AP) — The CONMEBOL soccer body will begin publishing the salary of its president and executive council members after being plunged into crisis by the FIFA bribery scandal.

CONCORD, N.C. (AP) — Panthers wide receiver Stephen Hill has been cited for knowingly possessing drug paraphernalia with intent to use.

Concord Police Department records indicate Hill was cited Tuesday — two days before players report to training camp — near Charlotte Motor Speedway for possessing two grinders with marijuana residue and a marijuana bowl used to process, prepare and store.

BOSTON (AP) — The Chicago White Sox have placed infielder Emilio Bonifacio on the 15-day disabled list Wednesday because of a strained left oblique a night earlier.

The club recalled infielder Leury Garcia from Triple-A Charlotte for their game Wednesday night against the Boston Red Sox.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — The Jacksonville Jaguars have placed running back Storm Johnson on the active/non-football illness list, a potential setback to his chances of making the team.
