LOS ANGELES (AP) — Stephen Curry scored 27 points, Klay Thompson added 25 and the Golden State Warriors held off the Los Angeles Clippers 110-106 Tuesday night for their 10th consecutive victory.

The Clippers blew a 17-point lead and had their seven-game winning streak snapped. Blake Griffin scored 40 points, Chris Paul added 27 and J.J. Redick 14.

PEORIA, Ariz. (AP) — Jeremy Guthrie pitched six strong innings in his final tuneup before sliding into the No. 5 spot in Kansas City's rotation, and the Royals beat the San Diego Padres 4-1 Tuesday night.

FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) — A man who sued Aaron Hernandez over being shot in the face in Florida is due to take the stand in the former New England Patriots player's murder trial.

But prosecutors will not be allowed to ask Alexander Bradley Wednesday about the shooting, which happened a few months before the June 2013 killing of Odin Lloyd.

Hernandez has pleaded not guilty in Lloyd's killing. Lloyd was dating the sister of Hernandez's fiancee....

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Eduardo Herrera scored in the third minute to lift Mexico to a 1-0 victory over Paraguay in an international friendly Tuesday night.

Herrera scored from in close after a free kick by midfielder Juan Carlos Medina. Hererra headed another attempt in the 44th minute, but missed to the right, before being replaced by Chicharito 15 minutes later.

SAN DIEGO (AP) — America's Cup teams have voted to reduce the size of boats to be sailed in the 2017 regatta in Bermuda, a cost-cutting move that could lead to the two strongest challengers dropping out.

In a statement Tuesday night, organizers said only that a majority of teams favored the move from 62-foot catamarans to cats in the 45- to 50-foot range.

NEW YORK (AP) — Chasson Randle had 24 points to become Stanford's all-time leading scorer and carry the Cardinal to a 67-60 victory over Old Dominion in the NIT semifinals Tuesday.

Stanford blew a 21-point first-half lead but rallied behind its senior star, who played through foul trouble to make a string of big second-half shots.

Oklahoma State athletic director Mike Holder said in a statement Tuesday that Travis Ford will remain Oklahoma State's head basketball coach, despite reports and rumors saying Ford's job is in jeopardy.

Ford has a 143-91 record in seven years at Oklahoma State. His Cowboys went 18-14 this season and dropped seven of their final eight games, including a loss in the round of 64 in the NCAA Tournament.
